ERP Implementation Consultant / Project Manager

Description

You will take real ownership of ERP implementations in Odoo—from business process analysis and workshops, through system configuration, to client go-live. The role combines proactive project management (scope, priorities, budget, timeline) with hands-on consulting: using standard Odoo capabilities first, and deciding when customization or developer work is truly needed.

Responsibilities

• Run business workshops and perform client needs analysis

• Map, optimize, and improve business processes using Odoo

• Independently configure standard Odoo modules (CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting, and others)

• Prepare functional documentation for features that require developer work

• Collaborate with the development team on custom solutions

• Test new functionality and support client acceptance of implementations

• Manage implementation schedule and coordinate the project team

• Deliver training to end users

• Participate actively in pre-sales (workshops, needs analysis, Odoo presentations)

• Build best practices and implementation standards within the team

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience implementing ERP systems

• Experience with at least one of: Odoo (preferred), Comarch XL, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle NetSuite, enova365, IFS, Sage

• Practical ERP configuration experience

• Very good understanding of business processes (sales, purchasing, inventory, manufacturing, accounting or related)

• Experience running workshops and performing business analysis with clients

• Ability to translate business needs into ERP configuration and development tasks

• Strong organization, independence, and accountability

• English proficiency at least B2 (spoken and written)
