Description

You will design end-to-end architecture for key core banking and payments systems, including integration, API interfaces, and internal/external data flows. You will translate business requirements into implementable technical solutions, evaluate architectural impacts, and provide architectural support across design, development, testing, and deployment. The role emphasizes availability, security, performance, and long-term maintainability.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end architecture for core banking and payments systems
• Design system integrations, API interfaces, and data flows between internal and external systems
• Convert business requirements into feasible technical architecture
• Assess impacts of changes on the bank’s architecture and technology ecosystem
• Collaborate with analysts, developers, product teams/owners, security specialists, and infrastructure teams
• Provide architectural support during design, development, testing, and rollout
• Evaluate technology risks and propose optimal solutions considering performance, security, and long-term sustainability

Requirements

• Experience in a Solution Architect, Software Architect, or Lead Developer position
• Experience designing complex distributed and integration solutions (APIs and data flows)
• Ability to translate business requirements into implementable technical architecture
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, high availability, and scalability
• Experience communicating across IT and business
• Analytical and systems thinking
• Ability to see dependencies and propose long-term sustainable solutions
