Description

You will join a banking project where your key responsibility is designing and developing IT solutions supporting electronic services. As a Senior Solution Architect, you analyze business and system requirements, translate user needs into technical solutions, and prepare architectural and functional documentation. You will also model architectures and processes (ArchiMate 3.0, UML, BPMN 2.0) and design integrations, security, and high-availability/disaster-recovery solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage user requirements; analyze business requirements

• Translate business requirements into technical requirements and system solutions

• Create system specifications and functional documentation

• Model architecture and processes using ArchiMate 3.0, UML, and BPMN 2.0

• Design IT solutions and analyze software engineering topics

• Design and analyze system integrations, including REST API-based solutions

• Define data validation rules and analyze relational database data using SQL

• Work with data/configuration formats: XML, XSD, YAML, JSON

• Consider application and data security requirements (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, mTLS)

• Design for High Availability and Disaster Recovery

• Use Sparx Enterprise Architect to model and document solutions

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience as a systems analyst on IT projects delivering system solutions for electronic banking services

• Participation in at least 2 projects in the last 3 years, each worth more than 1 million PLN gross

• Practical experience in requirements identification/management and translating business needs into technical requirements

• Experience creating system specifications and functional documentation

• Ability to create diagrams in ArchiMate 3.0, UML, and BPMN 2.0

• Hands-on experience with XML, XSD, YAML, and JSON

• Practical knowledge of application and data security: OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and mTLS

• Experience defining data validation rules and analyzing SQL/relational data

• Experience with Sparx Enterprise Architect

• Experience designing High Availability and Disaster Recovery systems

• Knowledge of IT architecture modeling and system/software design

• Strong relational database modeling and SQL skills

• Knowledge of system integration, including REST API

• Banking domain knowledge for system solutions

• Nice to have: TOGAF 9 or TOGAF 10 (or equivalent)

• Nice to have: UML 2 Intermediate (or equivalent)
