Description

Contribute your insurance and product knowledge to analyze, design, and deliver business-critical software solutions. Gather requirements, create concepts, and implement solutions using configurable and low-code approaches within agile, cross-functional teams. Act as the first point of contact for customers from project start through completion.

Responsibilities

• Learn the product capabilities and apply product knowledge and insurance industry expertise in projects

• Capture requirements, create concepts, and design solutions for business-critical software systems

• Take responsibility for solutions in projects and create customer value

• Support customers from project kickoff to completion as the primary contact for successful collaboration

• Implement solutions configuratively and with low code

• Work with customers and colleagues in interdisciplinary agile teams

• Further develop the product portfolio with innovations

Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification

• Multiple years of experience as a Business Analyst for insurance customers

• Passion for modern software solutions

• Strong conceptual and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English

• Initiative, creativity, responsibility, and team spirit
