Description

Join the HSE&ESG team as an HSE and Fire Safety Specialist responsible for workplace safety (BOZP) and fire protection (PO) across the group in the Czech Republic. You will lead safety-related projects, conduct audits and inspections (including supplier checks), and support employee training and accident investigations. The role also includes creating BOZP/PO and occupational hygiene methodology and internal operating safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on and manage projects to ensure BOZP and PO compliance across the group in the Czech Republic

• Perform thematic and regular inspections and audits for BOZP and PO, including supplier service provider checks

• Prepare training materials and deliver BOZP and PO training to employees

• Investigate workplace accidents

• Work closely with internal stakeholders on workplace safety and fire protection

• Develop BOZP, PO, and occupational hygiene methodology; prepare management directives and local operational safety rules

• Create presentations and run educational events focused on BOZP and PO

Requirements

• Secondary or university education (SŠ/VŠ), preferably focused on workplace safety

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience (e.g., safety technician, fire protection technician)

• Knowledge of legislation and regulations related to BOZP and PO

• Professional qualification for risk prevention under Act No. 309/2006 Sb.

• Professional qualification in fire protection under Act No. ČNR 133/1985 Sb. (TPO or OZO)

• Very good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Driving license Group B and active driving ability (occasional business trips)

• English at least B2 (understanding technical and everyday written materials; active professional communication)
