Description

Configure and manage customer CCTV (camera) systems and help resolve technical incidents on-site or remotely. You’ll support installation teams with troubleshooting optical and data networks, configure switches/routers/UPS, and provide basic internal IT support for PCs, networks, and users. With time, the role can expand into fire alarm systems (EPS), intrusion/security systems (EZS), access and attendance control, and other security solutions.

Responsibilities

• Configure and administer CCTV systems for customers
• Diagnose and resolve technical incidents on projects (on-site and remotely)
• Assist field installation technicians with optical and data network issues
• Set up network components such as switches, routers, UPS, and other network devices
• Provide basic internal IT support (PCs, network, users)
• Gradually take on related security technologies (EPS, EZS, access/attendance)

Requirements

• Education in electrical engineering / IT
• Practical experience with networks, CCTV, or low-voltage (slaboproud) systems
• Basic understanding of PCs and networks (TCP/IP)
• Logical troubleshooting and root-cause thinking
• Independent and responsible work style
• Driver’s license category B (required)
