Description

You will coordinate the implementation and ongoing maintenance of continuous improvement processes within the LEAN/Six Sigma framework. The role focuses on optimizing work, processes, methods, and tools (including 5S, VSM, Kaizen, TPM, and SMED), improving efficiency and reducing costs, and reporting on LEAN projects. You will also support workplace layout creation, internal documentation, implementation of best practices from other departments, and participation in checks and audits.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation and maintenance of continuous improvement processes (LEAN/Six Sigma)
• Optimize work, processes, methods, and tools (5S, VSM, Kaizen, TPM, SMED)
• Collaborate on workplace layout creation and internal documents
• Improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Report on LEAN projects
• Implement best business practices (BBP) from other departments
• Follow HSE directives and rules (BOZP, PO, environment)
• Participate in checks and audits for compliance with external or internal standards

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a LEAN Six Sigma specialist role
• University degree
• Advanced English
