Description

You will develop and maintain IT systems supporting Documentation Management, Customer Care Management, and Retail Sales Management. In an Agile environment, you will translate business needs into detailed technical requirements and support users by resolving system issues together with I/II line support teams. You will also participate in testing, implementations, and software updates, and configure applications according to the development strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain systems in Documentation Management (DM), Customer Care Management (CCM), and Retail Sales Management (RSM)

• Work in Agile methodology and support delivery in an agile project environment

• Analyze business needs and turn them into technical specifications and requirements

• Provide technical support to users and resolve current system problems with Helpdesk/Maintenance teams

• Contribute to testing, implementation, and software version updates

• Configure and tailor applications in line with the company’s development strategy

Requirements

• Ability to collaborate with business and identify needs of end users

• Analytical approach to converting business needs into technical requirements

• Experience with application testing

• Engagement, communication skills, and motivation for continuous development

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence

• Basic SQL knowledge and database work (asset)
