Description

Work on system integration, API/webhook engineering, automation, and complex technical troubleshooting for enterprise SaaS ecosystems. You will also support vendor/SLA oversight and ensure software licensing, seat utilization, and usage tracking are compliant.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain robust custom integrations, middleware, and webhooks connecting third-party SaaS tools with internal systems
• Evaluate new software requests and streamline the enterprise SaaS footprint using usage metrics
• Write scripts and build data pipelines to automate end-user provisioning, budget/wallet token allocations, and cross-platform data sync
• Resolve complex integration failures as the primary technical point of contact, partnering with external vendors and internal IT teams
• Manage or deploy developer AI integrations and enterprise usage tracking frameworks
• Manage third-party software vendors, negotiate support contracts, and enforce SLAs
• Track software licensing compliance, seat utilization, and cost-center budgets
• Translate business department requests into actionable technical requirements for IT and development teams
