Description

You will connect IT, data, and business needs, delivering practical solutions while helping evolve the company’s IT environment. The role covers reliable IT operations, ongoing administration and development of key ERP/CRM systems, and building reporting/BI capabilities in Power BI. You will also develop and govern the company’s data architecture and integrate data across systems.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and development of IT infrastructure and server architecture

• Ensure stable operation of enterprise networks and related technologies, including support for production technologies

• Manage and further develop core business applications, especially ERP ABRA Gen and CRM eWay-CRM

• Administer user permissions and manage integrations between applications

• Identify, evaluate, and roll out new applications that improve product and customer portfolio management

• Develop and manage the enterprise data architecture

• Work with SQL, data structures, and data quality/integrity, including data models

• Create and expand Power BI reports and dashboards for management decision-making

• Find ways to efficiently connect and use data from multiple systems

• Partner closely with the IT manager (right-hand and deputy) on IT prioritization, development planning, and operational incident handling

• Collaborate across the company with management, users, vendors, and other technical teams

Requirements

• Practical experience with administration and development of ERP and CRM systems (ABRA Gen and eWay-CRM preferred)

• Very good SQL knowledge and data handling experience

• Experience with data structures, data models, and data quality/integrity

• Advanced Power BI knowledge and ability to convert data into clear reports and dashboards

• Experience designing and managing server and network infrastructure (e.g., VPN, firewalls, VLAN)

• Experience integrating applications and assessing solutions for business benefit

• Ability to solve problems independently and complete tasks end-to-end
