Description

You will develop and maintain IT systems supporting Documentation Management (DM), Customer Care Management (CCM), and Retail Sales Management (RSM). The role includes Agile delivery, translating business needs into technical specifications, supporting users together with Level 1/Level 2 support, and participating in testing, deployments, and application updates. You’ll also expand and tailor applications according to the organization’s development strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain systems in Documentation Management (DM), Customer Care Management (CCM), and Retail Sales Management (RSM)
• Work in an Agile methodology and contribute to sprint/project tasks
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• Provide technical support to users and collaborate with Level 1/Level 2 support (Helpdesk/Maintenance)
• Participate in testing processes, implementation, and software version updates
• Configure and extend applications according to the development strategy

Requirements

• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and identify end-user needs
• Analytical problem-solving approach and ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Experience in application testing
• Engagement, clear communication, and willingness to continuously learn
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and tools Jira and Confluence
• Basic SQL knowledge and experience working with databases (an advantage)
