Description

You will take responsibility for running and continuously improving an internal platform and the connected IT infrastructure. The work includes incident handling and root-cause analysis, server/container/database management, automation development, and integration support across ERP, Salesforce, Microsoft 365 and other systems. Over time, you will also contribute to backend/front-end changes and AI/automation layers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operations of the internal platform and related IT infrastructure
• Investigate operational incidents using logs and root-cause analysis
• Administer servers, Docker stacks, databases, and internal web applications
• Develop and improve automations
• Support integrations between the internal platform, ERP, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, and other systems
• Work with databases and write SQL queries; verify data safely in test and production
• Collaborate with internal users and the IT team
• Gradually participate in backend and frontend adjustments and module development
• Maintain technical documentation, change logs, and operational notes
• Contribute to the company’s AI and automation layer development

Requirements

• Practical Linux administration (SSH, logging, troubleshooting services)
• Experience with Docker or Docker Compose
• Basic networking knowledge (DNS, firewall, VLAN, ports)
• Comfortable with Git (branches, commits, pull requests)
• Practical SQL and database experience; primarily PostgreSQL (MSSQL or ERP data integration experience is an advantage)
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365; Entra ID experience is an advantage (SSO/Conditional Access)
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, WinRM
• Knowledge of client–server web applications
• Understanding of REST API concepts, authentication, tokens/JWT, and system integrations
• Orientation in ERP integrations via standard interfaces/APIs
• Awareness of security, monitoring, and compliance (Wazuh/Zabbix/ISO 27001/NIS2 experience is an advantage)
• Ability to work with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor)
• Security responsibility when working with company data and production systems
• Czech and English proficiency at least B1
