Description

You will contribute to enterprise products for Investment Operations, enabling efficient workflows and full STP/automation across product areas and financial-institution processes. You’ll translate business goals and user needs into product opportunities, prototype to validate ideas early, and measure impact after shipping. You’ll also write unambiguous technical requirements and acceptance criteria, validate deliverables, and guide responsible AI usage.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering fundamentals in development and testing
• Ability to move from problem statement to working prototype quickly
• Experience writing precise technical requirements and acceptance criteria
• Hands-on quality assurance: test design, validation, and defect triage
• Experience working directly with clients or business stakeholders
• Solid grounding in financial instruments such as Repos, Derivatives, or related collateral/securities products
• Ability to frame engineering decisions in terms of user and business value
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and structuring problems before solving them
• Strong stakeholder communication between technical and non-technical audiences
• Regular use of AI coding assistants and critical evaluation of AI-generated outputs (including awareness of limitations)
• Agile practitioner with Scrum ceremonies and backlog management
• Strong documentation habits
