Technical Product Owner (TPO) / Data Engineer

We are looking for a Technical Product Owner / Data Engineer who will take ownership of requirements management for complex data systems and serve as a bridge between business and the development team to build efficient data processing workflows.Requirements:2+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner, System Analyst, Business Analyst or similar technical roleExperience working with data-intensive systems, data platforms, data pipelines, or data engineering teamsUnderstanding of system architecture and data architectureUnderstanding of data flows, data processing, ETL/ELT pipelines, APIs, and system integrationsGood knowledge of SQL and experience working with databasesExperience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing technical and data-related requirementsAbility to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and data requirementsUnderstanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologiesExperience working closely with Data Engineers, Developers, Product Managers, and other technical stakeholdersAbility to create and maintain technical documentation, including data flows, UML/BPMN diagrams, system specifications, and process documentationHands-on experience with system integrations (REST API, message brokers, etc.)Strong stakeholder management, risk mitigation, problem-solving, and communication skillsExcellent command of spoken and written EnglishExperience with tools such as Jira and ConfluenceNice to have:Experience in a Data Engineering / Analytics / BI environmentKnowledge of data warehouses, data lakes, or cloud data platformsAgile methodology certificationWe offer:Projects for such clients as PayPal, Wargaming, Xerox, Philips, Adidas and ToyotaCompetitive compensation that depends on your qualification and skillsCareer development system with clear skill qualificationsFlexible working hours aligned to your scheduleOptions to work remotely
