Description

Own requirements management for complex data systems and serve as a bridge between business and the development team to build efficient data processing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical and data-related requirements
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and data requirements
• Work with Data Engineers, Developers, Product Managers, and other technical stakeholders
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including data flows, UML/BPMN diagrams, system specifications, and process documentation
• Support system integrations (e.g., REST APIs and message brokers)

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner, System Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar technical role
• Experience with data-intensive systems, data platforms, data pipelines, or data engineering teams
• Understanding of system architecture and data architecture
• Knowledge of data flows, data processing, ETL/ELT pipelines, APIs, and system integrations
• Strong SQL skills and experience with databases
• Ability to gather, analyze, document, and manage technical and data-related requirements
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and data requirements
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Ability to work closely with technical stakeholders
• Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation (data flows, UML/BPMN, system specifications)
• Hands-on experience with system integrations (REST APIs, message brokers, etc.)
• Strong stakeholder management, risk mitigation, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
