Description

You will support the organization in designing and developing modern IT architecture aligned with business needs and strategic IT development directions. The role covers IT Service Management activities (configuration, incident coordination, and change management) as well as designing and automating IT processes. You will also work on application solutions used in the IT environment (e.g., HPSM or Intrack/Ingrifo) and collaborate with software and testing teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, optimize, and implement IT service processes, including configuration and automation
• Handle IT Service Management activities such as configuration management, incident handling/coordination, and change management
• Design, implement, maintain, and support application solutions used in the IT environment (e.g., HPSM or Intrack/Ingrifo)
• Support project delivery and ongoing development and maintenance of IT solutions in collaboration with development and testing teams
• Use project and documentation tools (JIRA, Confluence) to manage technical and project documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure administration and management (within the last 10 years)
• Practical experience in IT Service Management: configuration, incidents, and change management
• Experience designing and implementing IT processes, including their configuration and automation
• Experience with application solutions in an IT environment, in particular HPSM or Intrack/Ingrifo
• Knowledge of and ability to apply ITIL, COBIT, or equivalent IT service management methodologies and best practices
• Experience collaborating with development and testing teams
• Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
• Polish and English proficiency to work independently with technical and project documentation
• Strong communication, collaboration, organization, independence, and responsibility
