Description

Design, operate, and automate a large-scale cloud infrastructure in a 24×7 environment. You will translate customer technical requirements into implementable solutions, manage and troubleshoot Linux-based cloud infrastructure, and contribute to virtualization, server, storage, networking, and cloud service projects and migrations.

Responsibilities

• Operate, develop, and automate cloud infrastructure in 24×7 mode
• Design technical solutions across virtualization, server infrastructure, storage, networks, and cloud services
• Analyze customer technical requirements and convert them into realizable solutions
• Participate in infrastructure projects, implementations, and migrations
• Manage and troubleshoot Linux cloud infrastructure and related technologies
• Collaborate on the development of a modern cloud platform and new technology services
• Create and update technical documentation
• Consult internal and external customers on technical solutions
• Work with colleagues across technology teams and with external partners
• Work with technologies in data centers and an internal technical lab
• After onboarding, join an on-call/standby duty schedule

Requirements

• Technical secondary or university education or equivalent experience
• Experience with operating IT infrastructure, virtualization, or cloud platforms
• Experience in one or more of: virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM or similar), server infrastructure, cloud environment, or data centers
• Linux knowledge at an administration level, including troubleshooting and routine automation
• Knowledge of computer networks and basic storage solution principles
• Ability to analyze technical issues and propose effective solutions
• English for technical documentation and expert communication
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
