• Role: Solution Architect (AI Agent Enterprise Architect)

Description

You will design, from scratch, the enterprise architecture and governance rules for autonomous AI agents within a Microsoft ecosystem. The work covers agent platform lifecycle management, non-human identity and delegated permissions with auditability, classification/control models, and risk gates aligned to compliance needs. You will validate the approach via Proof of Concept and deliver operational governance playbooks to support customer governance.

Responsibilities

• Architect agent platform registration, deployment, inventory, containment, and secure decommissioning

• Define agent identity concepts, scoped permissions, delegated on-behalf-of access, and identity object decomposition

• Design AI classification decision trees and control matrices based on autonomy, data sensitivity, tool access, business criticality, and evidence requirements

• Implement a 10-stage AI agent lifecycle with governance quality gates, owners, artifacts, and evidence-of-compliance requirements

• Integrate with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry and align with Entra, Purview, and Defender

• Define TOM structures such as RACI, decision rights, and governance board regulations

• Run PoC validation and produce operational documentation (governance playbook and role instructions) for knowledge transfer

Requirements

• Deep enterprise/solution architecture experience in Microsoft cloud ecosystem (M365, Azure, Entra ID, Purview, Defender)

• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry; familiarity with multi-platform AI agent environments

• Expertise designing controls for non-human identities (delegated permissions, blast radius, multi-agent fan-out)

• Strong analytical skills to assess architectural and governance risks under new-technology uncertainty

• Experience building Target Operating Models (TOM), including RACI and compliance standards (e.g., EU AI Act, Responsible AI)

• Facilitation and communication skills to co-design with executive leadership, IT, security, and compliance, and to run governance boards

• Proven ability to create comprehensive architectural documentation (playbooks, implementation procedures, operational instructions)

• Fluent English (C1/C2)
