Description

You will work directly with senior business stakeholders and domain experts to identify automation opportunities and propose enterprise AI solution approaches. The role includes designing, building, testing, and maintaining reusable AI capabilities, writing production-quality code, and building an evaluation layer with acceptance criteria and regression checks. You will also debug agent behavior, integrate with data/platform sources, run user pilots, and set standards for review, versioning, and release.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and domain experts

• Identify business processes suitable for automation

• Select tools, platforms, and problem-solving approaches

• Prepare and present solution proposals (scope, approach, effort, impact)

• Support presales and work with decision-makers

• Design, build, test, and maintain reusable AI skills/capabilities

• Write and review production-quality code

• Build an evaluation layer (golden cases, acceptance criteria, regression checks)

• Debug behavior of AI agents

• Integrate with data sources and platforms

• Run pilots with users and iteratively improve solutions

• Define and enforce standards for creation, review, versioning, and release

• Track AI tooling progress and adopt appropriate tooling solutions

Requirements

• Architect/Principal/Lead level experience (not execution-only)

• Hands-on coding and code review experience

• Experience in architecture of real systems (modules, integrations, reuse, versioning, NFRs)

• Strong engineering fundamentals in modern stack (Git, code review, automated testing, CI/CD)

• Hands-on experience with LLM systems deployed for users

• Knowledge of agentic patterns: tool use/function calling, MCP, prompt engineering, context engineering, orchestration

• Ability to judge when AI is the right approach vs conventional solutions

• Experience evaluating and improving nondeterministic AI systems

• Client-facing experience with senior business stakeholders

• Presales experience: shaping, scoping, estimating, presenting solutions

• Ability to explain technical solutions and trade-offs to non-technical people

• Ownership of architecture capability, standards, shared components, platform-level decisions, and security/compliance for sensitive HR data

• English: C1 level
