Description

You will administer and optimize the stable operation of the company’s Microsoft 365 environment, from integrating new tools to evolving existing processes.

As Product Owner for M365 components, you will drive development of cloud services and establish standards for automated workflows, with a focus on security, performance, and a strong user experience through self-service and automation.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners and support 2nd/3rd-level support for complex topics.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stable operation of Microsoft 365, including integration of new tools and continuous process improvements

• Own further development of M365 components and define standards for automated workflows

• Regularly review security and performance of systems

• Implement self-service and automation solutions for optimal user experience

• Coordinate with business departments and external partners on new Microsoft 365 services

• Provide 2nd- and 3rd-level support and act as contact for complex issues

Requirements

• Completed IT training (e.g., Fachinformatiker for Systemintegration) or equivalent qualification

• Solid experience administering Microsoft 365

• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint Online

• Experience with governance, security, and permission concepts in cloud environments

• Understanding of cloud architectures, automation, and modern IT service processes

• Structured, independent, solution-oriented work style

• German at least B2 and good English skills (written and spoken)

• Willingness for regular on-site work in Stuhr near Bremen and in-person team collaboration
