Description

You will support publishing-industry IT requirements by analyzing them and ensuring clear communication to all stakeholders. You will set up new functions and products in the publishing system VI&VA, actively support users, and maintain price data and billing/distribution processes. You will also run integration tests, create documentation/handouts, and contribute to projects.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and assess requirements from the publishing environment and communicate clearly with all involved parties
• Configure new functions and products in the VI&VA publishing system
• Support and advise users in day-to-day use of the publishing software
• Maintain pricing data and support billing and distribution processes
• Independently perform integration tests for the implemented software
• Create documentation and handouts for internal and external audiences
• Participate actively in exciting projects
