Description

Act as the main liaison between clients, software developers, and project managers. You will translate client needs into functional specifications for development, support software implementation and deployment at customer sites, and help customers improve the efficiency of their operations. Strong daily English communication is required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to identify needs, provide consulting, and maintain long-term relationships (email, phone, in-person meetings)

• Collect and analyze requirements and work closely with programmers to design a functional software solution

• Implement software at customer locations, support rollout, and address operational challenges

• Use English actively in everyday international communication

Requirements

• Technical university or college education (IT, technical, or economics)

• Very good English (spoken and written)

• Advanced PC user skills (MS Office, MS Project or similar)

• Experience with basic SQL (advantage)

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Independence, reliability, and a proactive approach to solving problems

• Team player mindset

• Valid driver’s license category B (active driver)
