Description

You will collect and refine client requirements, consult on IT/SW, business, integration, technical, and database aspects, and support analyses for financial sector and capital markets companies. You will also handle release management and after-release care, contribute to pre-sales activities, and improve analytical and other team processes.

Responsibilities

• Gather and clarify client requirements; act as the primary client contact
• Consult customer needs from IT/SW, business, integration, technical, and database perspectives
• Co-create analyses for major organizations in finance and capital markets
• Ensure release management and after-release support for the client
• Participate in pre-sales activities
• Contribute to efficiency improvements in analytics and other team processes
• Communicate with the client to clarify scope, resolve errors, and provide guidance
• Coordinate with teammates across the organization

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience communicating between client and development teams, translating requirements into implementable solutions
• ~3 years of long-term involvement in one project/product/team
• IT and finance domain familiarity
• SQL proficiency
• Excellent communication skills and strong written communication
• Professional English (spoken and written)
