• Role: Lead Learning Architect (Learning & Capability Development)

Description

You will design and govern enterprise learning architectures aligned with business priorities. You will build scalable learning journeys, academies, and development pathways while leading a team of Learning Architects across multiple programmes. You will also drive adoption of AI-enabled learning approaches and monitor risks, dependencies, stakeholder expectations, and measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement learning architectures aligned with business and capability strategies
• Lead the design of scalable learning journeys, academies, and development pathways
• Manage and prioritize learning design demand across multiple programmes and stakeholders
• Coach, mentor, and develop a team of Learning Architects while ensuring design excellence
• Facilitate discovery workshops with business leaders, SMEs, and delivery teams
• Establish and maintain learning design standards, governance, and quality assurance practices
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled learning approaches and innovative learning technologies
• Monitor programme risks, dependencies, stakeholder expectations, and business outcomes

Requirements

• Proven experience in learning architecture, learning strategy, instructional design, or capability development leadership
• Strong business consulting and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence senior leaders
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing learning or L&D professionals
• Knowledge of modern learning methodologies, experience design, and workforce transformation initiatives
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset
• Familiarity with AI-enabled learning solutions, digital learning ecosystems, and emerging technologies
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills in complex, global environments
• Fluent English with ability to present recommendations and learning strategies to senior stakeholders
