Description

Design and evolve the enterprise data architecture with an emphasis on modern data platforms, analytics, and AI-enabled use for both business and operational decisions. Ensure data consistency across systems and build the technical foundation for company-wide reporting and analytics. Lead data governance standards and support management and delivery teams through architecture consulting and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Design target data architecture and AI-ready data layers

• Audit and assess data platforms

• Develop Data Governance standards (Data Ownership, Metadata Management, Data Lineage, Data Catalog)

• Provide technical consulting and support to management

• Provide technical leadership to implementation teams and mentor data engineers and analysts

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and the parent company (workshops, architecture presentations)

• Time split: strategy & innovation, business collaboration, operative work, and team development

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in data architecture, data warehouses, and cloud data platforms

• Strong knowledge of data modeling, data integration, and Data Governance

• Experience with BI/reporting and designing AI-ready infrastructure

• Business orientation and strategic thinking; ability to defend architectural decisions

• Communication skills for IT–business collaboration (also in English)

• English at a communicative level
