Description

You will support IT infrastructure operations across Linux/Unix and Windows Server environments. On assigned shifts, you may act as Shift Lead by coordinating daily activities, ensuring service continuity, supporting incident/request handling, and serving as the primary escalation point. You will also analyze server performance, build/decommission virtual servers, install software and apply patches, investigate backup-related incidents, and implement changes with other technical support teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as Shift Lead on assigned shifts: oversee daily operations, coordinate priorities, ensure service continuity, support team members in incidents/requests, and manage operational escalations

• Analyze server performance and maintain system stability

• Build and decommission virtual servers

• Install software and apply patches

• Investigate and resolve backup-related incidents

• Implement changes in collaboration with other technical support teams

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Unix/Linux (commands, services, user and file management, crontab)

• Familiarity with Windows OS troubleshooting and built-in tools

• Understanding of networking fundamentals

• Proficiency in French (spoken and written)

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

• Willingness to learn and take initiative
