Description

Join the infrastructure team to administer and improve IT services across both SaaS and on-prem systems, with monitoring on Debian servers (including Zabbix). The role covers server hardware and virtualization maintenance, network administration, and internal workplace IT support, along with incident and problem management.

You’ll troubleshoot production issues systematically, automate where possible, and take ownership of technical processes.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, monitor, and improve IT services (SaaS and on-prem)

• Support server hardware and virtualization maintenance

• Perform network administration

• Handle internal IT needs (office Wi‑Fi, asset management, user support)

• Participate in incident and problem management

Requirements

• Communicative English and Czech

• Solid Linux administration skills (Debian/Ubuntu preferred)

• Knowledge of TCP/IP networking concepts (VLANs, routing, DNS, DHCP, firewalls)

• Virtualization experience

• Basic understanding of physical server hardware and storage

• Systematic, independent troubleshooting ability

• Some scripting/automation experience (Bash and/or Python)

• Experience operating and maintaining production services

• Ability to work independently and own technical issues and processes

• Willingness to learn unfamiliar technologies
