Description

You will oversee the company’s IT environment and provide practical user support both in the office and on construction sites. Responsibilities include managing user accounts, email, access permissions, licenses, and maintaining network, printers, storage, backups, and baseline security. You’ll also help digitize everyday work and project documentation using digital tools.

Role Description & Responsibilities

• Manage desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and other company IT equipment
• Provide user support for employees in office and on sites
• Administer user accounts, email, access permissions, and software licenses
• Maintain company network, printers, data storage, backups, and basic security
• Install, update, and maintain an inventory of used hardware and software
• Coordinate with external IT vendors and organize service interventions
• Provide technical support for opening new worksites and workplaces
• Identify opportunities to simplify internal processes with digital tools
• Support digitization of documentation and help with reviewing and sharing project information
• Create simple guides and train users

Requirements

• Secondary or university education in IT or equivalent practical experience
• Good orientation in Windows and Microsoft 365
• Basic knowledge of computer networks, security, and backups
• Ability to independently solve everyday technical problems
• Patience with users and willingness to help
• Carefulness, reliability, and ability to follow tasks through
• Driver’s license group B
• Czech language proficiency at a very good level
