Description

Own run and support activities across SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing and O2C (Make) to drive system stability and operational excellence. Provide expert support for production and fulfillment processes and lead end-to-end AMS activities, including incidents, service requests, defects, and root cause analysis. Ensure smooth integration with SD and deliver enhancements through impact analysis and high-quality testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead run & support for SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing and O2C (Make) aligned with the global template

• Provide expert support across PP, PP/DS, MRP, capacity planning, and shop floor control

• Oversee MES integration and production execution processes

• Perform end-to-end AMS activities: incidents, service requests, defects, root cause analysis

• Ensure integration with SD (Production-to-Order, aATP, fulfillment)

• Conduct impact analysis, coordinate testing, and deliver enhancements

• Support critical manufacturing cycles (month-end, year-end close)

• Provide technical guidance, standardization, and knowledge sharing within the global team

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, IT, or a related technical field

• Extensive hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing (PP/PP-DS) and O2C

• Strong understanding of Make-to-Stock, Make-to-Order, and discrete/repetitive manufacturing

• Experience leading support in a global AMS or production environment

• Ability to handle complex incidents and system enhancements

• Deep knowledge of integration with Supply Chain, Finance, and Quality

• Agile/Scrum and service management mindset

• SAP Manufacturing certification (strong advantage)

• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills

• Fluent English
