Description

Design and deliver SAP logistics solutions for O2C or P2P programs, from architecture and governance to blueprinting and implementation support. Partner with business and IT stakeholders to define integrated business, application, data, and technical architectures aligned with SAP S/4HANA and Clean Core principles. Lead fit-gap analysis, present SAP innovations, and support roadmaps, estimation, and knowledge transfer.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP pre-sales and implementation governance, including fit-gap analysis, troubleshooting, and organizational change management

• Define and integrate business, application, data, and technical architecture for O2C or P2P domains

• Oversee architecture standards to ensure consistency, scalability, and compliance with SAP best practices

• Gather requirements, refine blueprints, and align solutions with SAP S/4HANA capabilities

• Assess existing customer solutions and identify optimization opportunities across O2C or P2P

• Present SAP innovations and value-driven solutions tailored to business challenges

• Contribute to customer roadmaps, introducing improvements through SAP innovations (e.g., S/4HANA, SCM)

• Guide and train end-users; ensure knowledge transfer across business and technical teams

• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders on solution strategy

• Provide accurate effort estimations for technical configuration and organizational design improvements

Requirements

• Proven experience designing SAP business architecture for O2C or P2P domains

• Strong understanding of related business processes and SAP methodologies

• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA functionality, including Sales and Condition Contract Management

• Knowledge of sales processes, demand planning, and operations planning concepts

• Ability to identify solution gaps and propose actionable closure options

• Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with business and IT stakeholders

• Ability to translate business needs into technical and process designs aligned with modern SAP solutions
