Description

Hands-on technical leadership for a UiPath application transformation program. Own the technical migration approach and solution design for Contract Lifecycle Management, SaaS Management, and AccessGuard, including translating program architecture into implementable designs and enforcing shared standards for security, integrations, data, testing, and release. Coordinate migration dependencies across platforms, security, customers, and third parties.

Responsibilities

• Lead the migration approach and technical delivery for CLM, SaaS Management, and AccessGuard
• Convert program architecture into practical solution designs for the three workstreams
• Ensure designs follow shared UiPath development standards, including integrations, data, security, controls, AI-enabled capabilities, and auditability
• Assess existing solutions, prototypes, workflows, documentation, integrations, and partially completed components
• Identify technical debt, unsupported assumptions, design gaps, security concerns, and limitations in inherited work
• Define migration sequence, technical prerequisites, transition checkpoints, validation approach, and rollback considerations
• Design CLM workflows, document-processing capabilities, approval routing, contract-data extraction, and audit evidence
• Design SaaS Management: purchase-order ingestion, vendor-data processing, renewal workflows, spend reporting, and review functionality
• Design AccessGuard: access-certification workflows, connectors, role mappings, segregation-of-duties controls, escalation routing, and audit trails
• Design integrations for Icertis, DocuSign, Coupa, SAP, identity systems, and other in-scope platforms
• Coordinate migration dependencies with customer system owners, platform teams, security teams, and third-party suppliers
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical designs and engineering tasks
• Support backlog refinement, technical estimation, sprint planning, dependency sequencing, and readiness assessment
