Description

Lead the technical design and implementation of enterprise automation solutions using UiPath, working with architects, business analysts, test leads, project managers, and product owners to ensure consistent engineering standards. Translate business requirements into technical designs and tasks, provide hands-on guidance across build, testing, release, and Hypercare, and make day-to-day technical decisions. Ensure the solutions meet standards for integrations, data, security, AI-enabled capabilities, auditability, testing, and release readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and implementation of AuditBoard and UiCollect solutions
• Translate business requirements, process designs, and acceptance criteria into technical designs and engineering tasks
• Apply program reference architecture and align both applications with shared standards and reusable patterns
• Provide hands-on guidance to UiPath engineers and squad members throughout design, build, testing, release, and Hypercare
• Make technical decisions within the squad and escalate program-level architecture decisions
• Design UiPath workflows, agentic automation, business rules, user interactions, and orchestration components
• Define integration approaches for client systems, enterprise data sources, third-party platforms, and shared program services
• Guide implementation of APIs, connectors, authentication, data mappings, error handling, and integration monitoring
• Ensure AuditBoard supports control-management, audit-trail, evidence, access, and governance capabilities
• Ensure UiCollect supports collections workflows, invoice and customer data processing, reporting, credit-hold decisions, and dunning functionality
• Coordinate AI-enabled and document-processing capabilities where required
• Review solution designs, code, configurations, workflows, data structures, and integration components

Requirements

• 5+ years of UiPath development, including agentic automation, business rules, user interactions, and orchestration components
• Experience defining integration approaches across client systems, enterprise data sources, third-party platforms, and shared program services
• Proficiency in APIs, connectors, authentication, data mappings, error handling, and integration monitoring
• Background in control-management, audit-trail, evidence, access, and governance within enterprise applications
• Knowledge of collections workflows, invoice and customer data processing, reporting, credit-hold decisions, and dunning functionality
• Expertise in AI-enabled and document-processing capabilities within automation solutions
• Engineering practices for code quality, peer review, version control, branching, deployment, logging, and technical documentation
• Experience leading technical defect investigation, root-cause analysis, remediation planning, and fix confirmation
• Competence coordinating release readiness (configuration, deployment pipelines, environment validation, rollback considerations, operational documentation)
• Familiarity with backlog refinement, technical estimation, sprint planning, and sequencing of dependent work
