Description

Own PQC readiness and measurement across encryption in transit, PKI, and encryption at rest. Define outcome targets, KPIs, scorecards, telemetry requirements, and adoption bars, and turn gaps into accountable blockers with named owners and checkpoints. Partner with Key Management to shape the PQC product strategy and roadmap, translating customer, audit, regulatory, and government requirements into sequenced priorities.

Responsibilities

• Define PQC readiness and measurement, including outcome targets, KPIs, scorecards, telemetry requirements, and adoption bars.

• Drive accountable cross-team results by converting missed targets into named blockers, owners, decisions, and checkpoints.

• Lead customer, field, compliance, and CELA engagement to translate requirements into product priorities and timelines.

• Own the PQC product roadmap and adoption narrative, clearly distinguishing committed capabilities, plans, dependencies, exceptions, and open decisions.

• Support Key Management PQC readiness across Azure Key Vault, Managed HSM, external key management, key-protection libraries, and HSM platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development (or equivalent experience).

• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements for the role.

• Microsoft Cloud background check: pass upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Benefits

• Typical U.S. base pay range: USD $142,800–$274,800 per year (different ranges apply for San Francisco Bay area and NYC metro).
