Description

The VP, Cloud Product Manager leads an AWS Cloud Migration program by defining the product vision and strategy for cloud-based products and services. The role owns roadmap and backlog prioritization, drives cross-functional delivery, and ensures compliance and governance throughout implementation. It also monitors adoption and performance metrics, uses customer feedback to guide improvements, and reports progress and opportunities to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate cloud product vision and strategy aligned to enterprise objectives
  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap and prioritize features and enhancements by business value and customer feedback
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales; gather requirements and keep stakeholders aligned
  • Manage diverse IT teams and outsourced vendors; evangelize autonomous, self-organizing, empowered, continuously improving teams
  • Oversee product development and delivery to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes
  • Maintain Jira Align with assigned Epics and Features
  • Ensure compliance and adherence to corporate governance policies
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve cloud products and user experience
  • Monitor product performance, usage, and adoption metrics; present regular reports to senior leadership
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance product processes for efficiency and effectiveness

  • Salary range: $170,000–$290,000 USD annually; eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 12+ years of IT experience or 14+ years IT experience without a degree
  • 7+ years experience in a large complex organization
  • 3–5 years product management (or related) with cloud-based products or infrastructure
  • Strong understanding of AWS, containerization, and Dev/Infra Ops practices
  • Experience in application migration/modernization
  • Demonstrated ability to define and execute strategic product roadmaps in complex, cross-functional environments
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, managing PI increments, and feature planning/reviews
  • SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager Certification
  • AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
  • Ability and flexibility to travel as required
  • U.S. legal authorization to work (no visa sponsorship)
