Description

Experienced Business Analyst needed for a large transformation initiative covering procurement, logistics, and finance processes. The role includes implementing and further developing ERP solutions and integrating business-critical systems. You will work closely with business and IT to analyze needs, design future processes, and ensure solutions meet business requirements across Finance and invoicing flows tied to procurement and transport.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze requirements with the business
• Map and document future processes
• Analyze and map integrations between systems
• Develop user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria
• Support testing, verification, and rollout of new solutions

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst in large change or implementation projects
• Experience with Finance and invoicing flows related to procurement and transport
• Experience with requirements management and integration analysis
• ERP experience, preferably Infor M3 or similar business systems
• Agile experience and tools such as Jira
• Analytical, structured, and communicative; able to align Business and IT and lead workshops in complex environments
