Description

Join a newly forming infrastructure team in an international manufacturing company and help build and evolve a modern enterprise environment. You will manage and develop on-premises and cloud infrastructure with responsibility for Active Directory, identity management, and key infrastructure services. The work directly supports stability, security, and continuous improvement of the environment, including automation and modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Administer and evolve enterprise infrastructure in on-premises and cloud environments
• Own Active Directory and identity management, including key infrastructure services
• Ensure high availability, security, and performance of critical systems
• Investigate and solve complex infrastructure and authentication issues
• Contribute to modernization, automation, and cloud initiatives
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and operations teams on technical projects
• Define and improve technical standards and best practices
• Work on infrastructure projects and continuous environment improvements
• Act as an escalation level for complex technical incidents

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows Server
• Knowledge of Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and hybrid identity administration
• Familiarity with network technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Experience with VMware and virtualization technologies
• PowerShell knowledge for automation of administrative tasks
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical problems
• Independent, proactive approach and ability to collaborate in an international environment
