Description

You will lead the Strategic Development Department and coordinate the preparation of the university’s strategic documents. The goal is to build the department’s analytical capacity over time and ensure university leadership has high-quality data and analytical inputs for decisions. You will also oversee coordination of international rankings and benchmarking and support institutional reporting and policy preparation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Strategic Development Department and manage its team

• Coordinate fulfillment of the university’s Strategic Plan

• Prepare additional strategic documents and track their implementation

• Build analytical capacity and work with university-wide data

• Coordinate international rankings and benchmarking versus foreign universities

• Coordinate activities of the research infrastructure working group within the EuroTech alliance

• Provide analytical and coordination support for university-wide policies and systemic changes

• Coordinate strategic management support projects (PPSŘ) to implement the Strategic Plan

• Coordinate preparation of annual reports and other institutional outputs

• Collaborate with faculties, the computing and information center (VIC), and other units to unify data and enable its use for strategic management

Requirements

• Experience in strategic management, analytics, or higher-education administration

• Experience working with data and institutional analyses

• Ability to lead a team and connect agendas across the university

• Strategic leadership mindset able to drive change in an academic environment

• Advantage: experience with rankings, benchmarking, or strategic planning at a university
