Description

Lead the creation and development of an IT function that supports business growth across production, sales, and corporate areas. Own the long-term technology vision and drive multi-area IT transformation from design through implementation and scaling. Build and grow the IT team, design IT architecture (applications, infrastructure, cloud), and ensure security, continuity, and measurable business value.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a long-term IT technology roadmap
• Lead multi-area IT transformation initiatives
• Implement and develop key systems supporting operations, production, and sales
• Design IT solution architecture for applications, infrastructure, and cloud environments
• Build and scale the IT team as the organization grows
• Manage the IT budget and ensure cost efficiency
• Collaborate with technology vendors and partners
• Ensure high information security and business continuity
• Work closely with executive management to support business decisions
• Introduce IT standards, processes, and performance metrics

Requirements

• Experience leading IT in a complex organization
• Documented delivery of large IT implementation and transformation programs
• Knowledge of manufacturing/industrial realities (automotive experience a plus)
• Ability to build structures and grow technology team capabilities
• Practical project management and problem-solving approach
• Experience managing IT vendors and contracts
• Ability to translate technology into tangible business value
• Strong decision-making, responsibility, and result orientation
• Excellent communication with technical and business stakeholders
• English proficiency for an international environment
• Higher education in a technical field (or business-leaning competencies)
• Plus: IT/project/security management certifications
• Plus: Experience in regulated environments with high security requirements
• Plus: Experience in digitizing production and/or automating processes
