Description

Lead developers, business analysts, and solution architects delivering application and architecture services from requirements analysis to production. Ensure end-to-end DevOps collaboration, govern the change pipeline with a focus on IT security and compliance, and drive standardization/harmonization of interfaces, processes, and data models. Evaluate technology trends (e.g., S/4HANA, cloud, API integration) and translate them into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead developers, business analysts, and solution architects for loan, business partner, and risk management applications
• Ensure lifecycle management, architecture development, and process control from requirements analysis through production
• Support team knowledge building and assist developers with design decisions
• Promote end-to-end DevOps collaboration and shared architecture understanding, and help define clear roles in the leadership team
• Own the change pipeline, considering business requirements, architecture principles, IT security, and compliance
• Assess technology trends and derive concrete action recommendations for the team and the bank
• Collaborate with business analysts and business departments to translate business requirements into feasible IT concepts and architectures
• Ensure architecture decisions are documented, communicated, and implemented in projects
• Drive standardization/harmonization of interfaces, processes, and data models and contribute to business analysis activities and prioritization

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or equivalent
• Long-term IT or banking experience, including several years of people-management with technical/disciplinary responsibility
• Proven experience leading IT projects (preferably standardization, platform strategy, or architecture modernization)
• Strong knowledge of SAP application architecture, integration, and customizing
• Knowledge of architecture methods (e.g., TOGAF, EAM)
• Experience in business analysis, requirements management, and process design
• Desirable/plus: SAP S/4HANA transformation experience; cloud integration; API architecture; DevOps and/or Agile transformation; banking-domain knowledge for loan/risk/partner-management systems
