Description

You will manage and maintain end-user devices and the company’s IT infrastructure (servers, networks, workstations, printers), provide HelpDesk support, and handle user incidents. You will also install and configure operating systems and applications, train users, and ensure cybersecurity, backups, and infrastructure monitoring. The role includes documentation, LAN/WiFi/firewall/VPN administration, server management, and Windows administration (AD, GPO, DFS).

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain end-user devices and corporate IT infrastructure

• Provide HelpDesk support and resolve incidents

• Train users across the company

• Install and configure operating systems and applications

• Ensure cybersecurity and perform data backup

• Work with technology vendors

• Maintain documentation (hardware, software, HelpDesk)

• Implement internal IT development projects

• Administer LAN/WiFi, firewalls, VPN, and network components

• Manage physical and virtual servers (VMware, Hyper-V)

• Administer Windows environment (AD, GPO, DFS)

• Backup and monitor infrastructure (Veeam, Zabbix, FortiAnalyzer)

• Manage hardware/software, printers, mobile devices, and licenses

• Install and administer user PCs and provide technical user support

• Inventory IT assets and manage HelpDesk in ALVAO

• Basic administration of ERP QI and CAD systems (SolidWorks, ZW3D)

• Select and purchase HW/SW and propose further development, availability, and security improvements

Requirements

• Secondary or university education in IT or equivalent practical experience

• Knowledge of computer network administration and basic server administration

• Knowledge of cybersecurity basics and backups

• Ability to independently solve problems and complete tasks

• Ability to communicate with users

• Willingness to learn and actively develop
