Description

You will lead a development team while actively contributing to the product and technical solutions. The role combines people management, hands-on development, agile execution, and product-oriented thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the team (around 10 people: BE, FE, QA, UX/UI, architects)
• Actively participate in product development using React
• Work on technical tasks and help the team solve their challenges
• Contribute to designing and making decisions about technical solutions
• Plan sprints, prioritize work, remove blockers, and run standups and retrospectives
• Conduct regular 1:1s for growth, education, and performance evaluation

Requirements

• Proven experience leading developers and people management or strong prerequisites for team leadership
• Product-minded thinking over the long term
• Strong knowledge of software development, agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), and technical risks
• Organizational skills, responsibility, and independent perspective
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team
• Not a freelancer
