• Role: Senior React Developer

• Availability: 2–3 days/week for US team meetings until 9:00 PM

• Work mode: 100% remote or from Kraków hub

Description

You will enhance and develop existing payment products as part of a collaborative engineering team. The role focuses on technical leadership, building high-quality, secure, modular and testable features, and supporting customers with guidance for application development.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership in a small team of software engineers

• Apply engineering best practices to produce high-quality, secure, modular, functional, and testable code

• Propose ideas and insightful solutions with other team members

• Attend meetings with clients and peers

• Support customers with guidelines for developing their applications

• Collaborate across the development lifecycle—from requirement discussions with the Product Owner to deploying features in the cloud

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with modern JavaScript

• Commercial experience with React and TypeScript

• Readiness to work in an Agile environment

• Strong ownership and responsibility for delivered features

• Ability to work independently and sometimes as a one-person team

• Great communication skills (leadership experience is a plus)

• Availability 2–3 days/week for US team meetings until 9:00 PM
