Description

You will lead and coach an international analytics team, define KPI frameworks and reporting standards, and set up data governance and methodologies for CZ/SK/DE. You will prioritize analytics requests, manage the project roadmap, and deliver complex profitability, pricing, and growth opportunity analyses with close collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and Finance. The role also supports automation, innovation, and the rollout of modern analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop an international analytics team

• Define KPI frameworks, reporting standards, data governance, and methodologies for CZ/SK/DE

• Prioritize analytical requests and manage a project roadmap

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to drive pricing and business strategy

• Deliver complex analyses for profitability, pricing, and growth opportunities

• Support automation and adoption of modern tools

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Business Analytics, BI, or finance

• At least 2 years of proven people leadership experience

• Practical knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and Excel (Power Query/Pivot)

• Basic understanding of cloud data and data warehouses (Databricks preferred)

• Excellent English plus Czech/Slovak; strong communication and negotiation skills

• FMCG/CPG/retail background (advantage)
