Description

You will lead EDI implementation projects for new customer EDI flows, participate in maintenance of existing flows, and support users and counterpart teams on incidents. The work includes understanding how each customer uses EDI, implementing and validating messages for business documents, and ensuring the right EDI standards and secure connection types are used.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of EDI implementations for new customers
• Organize projects with stakeholders
• Review business processes and design target EDI messages to implement
• Drive implementation with all stakeholders
• Design and accept implemented solutions
• Perform change management and manage evolutions for EDI integrations
• Analyze current processes, gather business requirements, propose solutions
• Produce functional specifications for IT and suppliers; run user acceptance tests for mappings
• Deploy the solution, communicate, and train users
• Provide functional support for EDI integrations
• Support the commercial team in identifying error causes and assist when needed
• Collaborate with IT support (level 1) and customer IT teams to ensure incidents are correctly handled

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, IT, Business Analysis, or related field
• Strong technical knowledge of EDI; SAP experience is considered an asset
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Fluent in English (required); French and/or German are a plus
