Description

Lead the operative implementation of an ERP rollout and process integration, steering the teams from preparation through system start and into stable day-to-day operations. You will coordinate remaining implementation, system go-live (01.01.2027), process testing and user training, data migration, and the documented handover of processes to internal owners. Regular on-site presence is required for process capture, trainings, and continued support of daily business.

Responsibilities

• Receive the handover, review existing documents, and clarify open requirements, programming scope, responsibilities, and dependencies
• Build a prioritized work plan, track dates and risks, and prepare decisions for management
• Formulate clear requirements, monitor implementation, and organize functional tests and acceptances
• Align data scope, data cleansing, test migrations, and validation of inventory and financial data with stakeholders
• Support purchasing/procurement, analysis, invoicing, counter-checks, cash register, warehousing, sales, shipping, and planned integrations (Shop and DATEV)
• Organize practical trainings, test real business cases with teams, and document workflows clearly
• Guide go-live transition and stabilization, coordinate error handling, and hand over documented processes to internal responsible parties
• Operate the implementation day-to-day and collaborate with internal project coordination, IT, and business departments
• Coordinate budget decisions and major changes with management
• Identify organizational or technical needs to ensure reliable operations

Requirements

• Proven practical experience with ERP implementations including system go-live and post-go-live stabilization (taking over an ongoing project is especially helpful)
• Strong understanding of inventory management, accounting, payment flows, and warehouse movements and their system relationships
• Experience with data migration, process testing, user trainings, and collaboration with software vendors or implementation partners
• Structured and independent working style, clear communication, and willingness for regular on-site presence in Essen
• Knowledge of Future Factory and precious-metals business experience is welcome but not required
• No negative SCHUFA entries and ability to provide a current certificate of good conduct
