Description

You will take features from specification to production, ensuring stability, quality, and steadily paying down technical debt. The work is AI-native: you orchestrate AI agents and parallel workflows to automate routine tasks for accounting teams. You’ll also implement and maintain integrations with accounting/ERP systems and banking APIs, coordinating with the CEO and support on priorities.

Responsibilities

• Fix bugs and build new features

• Deliver functionality into production and maintain product stability

• Reduce technical debt over time

• Orchestrate AI agents and parallel workflows (high concurrency)

• Independently research and decide on technical solutions

• Collaborate with the CEO and support to align on priorities

• Work on integrations across accounting/ERP systems and banking APIs

• Support integrations and experiment with AI-assisted development approaches

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-stack development experience

• Strong experience with React and/or React Native

• Strong experience with Next.js (App Router)

• Strong experience with Fastify

• Strong experience with MySQL

• Ability to reliably and independently deliver from problem to completion

• AI tooling experience as a primary development driver (Claude/Cursor/Gemini)

• Willingness to work on-site initially in Prague (Radlická)
