Description

You will develop and maintain enterprise systems for corporate clients, focusing primarily on backend development. The role includes building backend services and REST APIs, adding new functionality, fixing defects, and supporting production incidents. You will also modernize existing solutions and work with legacy code in an international Agile (SAFe) environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client systems for corporate customers

• Create and evolve backend services and REST APIs

• Implement new features, fix bugs, and support production incidents

• Write unit tests and maintain code quality

• Modernize existing solutions and work with legacy code

• Collaborate with an international Agile team in SAFe

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Java (7/8+)

• Spring Framework and Spring Boot experience

• SQL knowledge

• Maven and Git experience

• Backend-first mindset; treat frontend as an additional area

• Experience designing and implementing REST APIs

• Testing best practices, unit tests, and TDD experience

• Experience with large, complex enterprise systems

• Confidence working with and improving legacy code

• Angular and Jasmine experience (minimum 2 years)

• Ability to communicate in English

• Nice to have: banking or financial project experience
