Description

You’ll develop and maintain an ecosystem of tools for customer service in the retail context, including AI-assisted ticket handling and a micro-frontend-based customer panel. The role covers backend and frontend work (Java/Spring on the server and React components on the client), plus participation in architecture and technology decisions. Quality is ensured through code review, pair programming, and automated testing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects end-to-end with an interdisciplinary agile development team (idea to implementation and maintenance)

• Support design and implementation of backend components and React-based frontend systems

• Contribute to software architecture and help drive technology decisions

• Ensure high solution quality via code review, pair programming, and automated tests

• Collaborate with team and partner teams developing frontend and backend components for the shared ecosystem

• Advise on monitoring, maintenance, and operation of cloud microservices

Requirements

• Polish (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2)

• Several years of full-stack experience, with emphasis on Java and React

• Solid understanding of REST APIs, Spring Boot microservices, and asynchronous services

• Experience with cloud solutions, Docker, and CI/CD

• Practical software engineering skills including Clean Code, TDD, and automated testing
