Description

Operate, build, and continuously improve workflow automation systems supporting digital collaboration in an Office-IT environment. You will analyze and implement requirements to digitize and optimize business processes, including administering and developing applications and their integrations. You will coordinate with business units, internal IT teams, and external providers and ensure service quality via support, error analysis, ticket handling, and continuous optimization of operational processes.

Responsibilities

  • Operate, build, and continuously develop workflow systems; optimize the system landscape; evaluate new technologies

  • Analyze, conceptualize, and implement requirements for digitization and business process optimization

  • Administer and further develop applications, including interfaces

  • Coordinate collaboration with specialist departments, internal IT units, and external service providers for changes, projects, and ongoing operations

  • Support projects and take ownership of tasks for implementation, further development, and migration of system solutions (e.g., sub-projects, system setup)

  • Ensure service quality through support, error analysis, ticket processing, and continuous improvement of operational processes

  • Create and maintain concepts, documentation, and training offerings; support users in working with the systems

Requirements

  • Degree in (Business) Informatics or comparable IT training with relevant professional experience

  • Structured, independent, process-oriented working approach; strong analytical thinking and solution orientation; proactive and committed behavior

  • Strong communication and consulting skills; high service orientation; teamwork; responsibility

  • Willingness for continuous learning and professional growth

  • Solid understanding of IT technical processes and how they interact within the system landscape

  • Good understanding of IT operations and information security with knowledge of common technologies (e.g., M365, DMS such as Enaio)
