Support manufacturing by ensuring daily stability and availability of the MES system. Provide IT support for production-related incidents, monitor and diagnose MES and IT infrastructure issues, and collaborate closely with production, technical, and IT teams. Contribute to MES improvements, updates, new implementations, and system integration between MES, ERP, WMS, and line systems.

Requirements

• Knowledge of servers, networks, and industrial IT environments
• Experience providing IT support in a manufacturing environment
• Basic knowledge of MES systems; motivation to learn
• Ability to analyze problems and work independently
• Good communication skills and proactive approach
• English communication level
