You will create and update payroll methodologies, procedures, and internal rules, helping translate legislative changes into everyday payroll operations. You will support multiple payroll teams, answer expert questions from colleagues across the organization, and find practical solutions for complex payroll scenarios.

• Create and update payroll methodologies, procedures, and internal policies

Requirements

• Experience in payroll, ideally in a methodological or senior payroll role
• Enjoys analyzing relationships and understanding how law changes affect practice
• Can communicate and pass knowledge to others
• Meticulous approach with the ability to think in broader context
• Wants to develop further and track new developments in the field
